化工泵的各零部件检修要求是什么?

  1 化工泵联轴器检修

  化工泵联轴器主要有刚性联轴器和齿形联轴器。

  (1) 刚性联轴器

  刚性联轴器一般用在功率较小的离心泵上, 检修时首先拆下联接螺栓和橡皮弹性圈, 对温度不高的液体, 两联轴器的平面间隙为2. 2~4. 2 mm , 温度较高时, 应大于前窜量1. 55~2. 05 mm。联轴器橡胶弹性圈比穿孔直径应小0. 15~0. 35 mm。同时拆装时一定要用专用工具, 保持光洁, 不允许有碰伤划伤。

  (2) 齿形联轴器

  齿形联轴器挠性较好, 有自动对中性能。检修时一般按以下方法进行:

  ①检查联轴器齿面啮合情况, 其接触面积沿齿高不小于50 % , 沿齿宽不小于70 % , 齿面不得有严重点蚀、磨损和裂纹;

  ②不锈钢泵联轴器外齿圈径向跳动不大于0. 03 mm , 端面圆跳动不大于0. 02 mm;

  ③若需拆下齿圈, 必须用专用工具, 不可敲打, 以免使轴弯曲或损伤。当回装时, 应将齿圈加热到200 ℃左右再装到轴上。外齿圈与轴的过盈量一般为0. 01~0. 03 mm;

  ④回装中间接筒或其他部件时, 应按原有标记和数据装配;

  ⑤用力矩搬手均匀地把螺栓拧紧。

  2 化工泵动密封部分的检修

  离心泵机泵的动密封是指叶轮口环部位的密封, 一般半径方向应控制在0. 20~0. 45 mm。若间隙太小,组装后盘车困难; 间隙太大, 容易造成泵的振动。轴套和衬环间隙半径方向一般为0. 2~0. 6 mm。

  3 化工泵静密封部分的检修

  化工泵静密封部分包括泵体剖分结合面、轴承压盖与轴承箱体的结合面、润滑油系统的接头、进出口管的法兰等, 如检修不能保证无泄漏, 也同样使泵不能运行。上述部位的密封, 只要根据介质选准适用的胶粘剂和垫片, 即能保证无泄漏。现一般使用的剖分结合面胶粘剂为南大703、南大704。

  4 叶轮和转子的检修

  常用耐腐蚀化工泵多为单级叶轮或单级双吸式转子。检修时首先检查叶轮外观并清洗干净, 不管是更换备件安装新叶轮, 还是清洗旧叶轮, 回装后均要做静平衡, 必要时还要做动平衡。叶轮和轴的配合采用H/ h , 安装叶轮时键和键槽要正确接触。对于转子部分的轴径允许弯曲不大于0. 013mm , 对于低速轴弯曲应小于0. 07 mm , 对高速轴弯曲应小于0. 04 mm。轴套部分与轴的装配采用H/ h。

  对于转子部分的轴, 检修后轴径向跳动不大于0. 013 mm , 轴套不大于0. 02 mm , 叶轮口环不大于0. 04 mm , 叶轮端面跳动不大于0. 23 mm。两端轴径不大于0. 02 mm。但对于结构较复杂的离心泵,上述数据根据泵的状况标准而有所变化。

  5  机械密封的检修

  对化工流程泵机封检修时, 应先用专用工具正确拆下机封的动、静环, 并检查端面磨损情况, 凡是装机封的泵转子, 不管功率大小, 均应做动或静平衡试验。为保证密封不泄漏, 可在钳工平台上把动静面压紧, 倒上水做渗漏试验, 如果静态水不漏, 说明密封面的表面粗糙度和平面度均符合要求。安装时端面垂直度偏差不大于0. 015 mm。部分轴或轴套的径向跳动值如表5。

  安装后其轴的轴向窜动量不大于0. 45 mm。应着重说明的是机械密封按要求装好后, 一定要盘车, 并检查冷却水部分是否可靠, 防止转动后泄漏或损坏机封端面。化工厂所用机泵的机械密封大多为单级、双级、串联式密封布置, 但不管哪种密封布置均不能有泄漏现象。

  (1) 机泵单级密封布置

  机泵单级密封布置如图3。

  单级密封安装时, 必须保证动、静环平行, 轴套、轴颈部位不应有毛刺和划伤。(2) 机泵双级密封布置机泵双级密封布置如图4。双级布置密封安装时一定保证定位环尺寸和间隙, 并一次推到位置, O 形环不能脱出凹槽, 否则损坏机封密封面。
