.水泵拆开的注意事项
　　(1)要准备好放置零部件的工作台，也可摆放在木板上，切忌乱扔、乱放。
　　(2)要合理运用专用工具。
　　(3)拆开配合严密的零部件时，要垫好木块再用锤子击打，制止用大锤猛击零部件。
　　(4)有必要保持联系面、摩擦面和光亮加工面的清洗，能碰伤和损坏。
　　2.单级单吸离心泵的拆开
　　(1)泵盖的拆开
　　单级单吸离心泵泵盖用螺栓与泵体衔接在一同，拧下螺母即可拆开泵盖。
　　(2)叶轮的拆开
　　拆开叶轮时用专用扳手朝着和叶轮旋转一样的方向拧下叶轮螺母，取下止退垫圈，叶轮即可拆下来。若拆不下来，可用套管套住轴头，用手锤悄悄击打套管头，叶轮松动后就可拆开，如叶轮锈在轴上，用火油浸洗后再拆。
　　(3)联轴器（皮带轮）的拆开
　　联轴器（或皮带轮）用键固定在泵轴上。拆开时用专用工具（拉子）把联轴器（或皮带轮）慢慢地从轴端拉下来，拆开联轴器时丝杠要顶正水泵轴头，使联轴器（皮带轮）受力均匀，不要被拉钩拉裂，更不能用铁锤猛击，避免造成泵轴、轴承和联轴器损坏。
　　(4)泵壳和轴封设备的拆开
　　把填料压盖松开，然后将泵壳与托架间的螺栓拧下，即可拆开泵壳。再用铁丝从轴封设备中将填料和水封环钩出，从泵轴上取下轴套和挡水圈。
　　(5)轴和轴承的拆开
　　先拆开轴承盒上前后两个轴承盖，然后用木块垫在装叶轮的轴端，用锤子轻打，就可把泵轴和轴承一同拆开。一般用拉子从轴上取下轴承，注意拉子的钩要捉住轴承的内圈，不然容易将轴承拉坏。
　　3.多级管道离心泵的拆开
　　拆开多级管道离心泵不需拆进、出水管路和电动机，只需翻开泵盖即可。
　　(1)泵盖拆开
　　先松开泵盖两头的填料压盖，把填料压盖向两头摆开，然后松开泵盖上的螺母，泵盖即可拆开。
　　(2)联轴器的拆开
　　联轴器拆开在泵盖拆开前后都可进行。
　　(3)转子的拆开
　　先拆开泵轴两头的轴承与轴承盖两头的螺母，将两个轴承体卸下，用专用工具松开压向轴承的两个圆螺母。用拉子拉下两头的滚动轴承。拆开滚动轴承后，将轴承盖、护环、填料压盖、水封环、填料套等零件从泵轴上退下，然后将轴套拆开。用压力机将叶轮压出。假如没有压力机，可将叶轮放平垫好，用木锤将叶轮轻打退下。
　　4.蜗壳式混流泵的拆开
　　先拆开泵盖，再用专用扳手松开轴头反向螺母，拆开止退垫圈，拆开叶轮。把皮带轮旁的锁紧螺母拆下，再用拉子将皮带轮从泵轴上拉下来。放出轴承体内的润滑油，将轴承体与泵体的衔接螺栓松开，就可把轴承体连同泵轴一同取下，从泵轴上取下填料压盖并退出轴套，抽出泵轴后即可钩出填料。接着进行轴承体的拆开，先把轴承和填料压盖拆开，再拆轴承前后两只轴承端盖，把轴和轴承一同从轴承体内退出，然后用拉子从轴上拆开轴承。
　　5.高温磁力驱动泵的拆开
　　拆开进水喇叭口，松劝导水锥上的六角螺母，拆劝导水锥，把横闩旋转一个视点，即可把叶轮拆开下来，拆开高温磁力驱动泵叶轮时，需用专用工具把两个固定叶轮的轴头螺母松开，拆开叶轮时不要用锤子击打叶片，以防止叶片损坏。叶轮拆开后把泵轴抽出，松劝导叶体与泵座的衔接螺栓，就可取出导叶体；再用套管扳手把橡胶轴承与导叶体的衔接螺栓松开，取出下橡胶导轴承。再拆弯管上的填料压盖，钩出填料，松开衔接螺栓，拆开轴封设备，取出上橡胶导轴承。
